Instructions

1. Preheat oven and prepare pan
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) sheet pan and line with parchment paper.
2. Mix dry ingredients

8. Prepare frosting
Beat butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and salt. Beat for 3–5 minutes until fluffy. Tint portions with food coloring as desired.
9. Frost the cake
Spread an even layer of buttercream over the cooled cake.
10. Decorate
