# Directions:

01 - Set the oven to 425°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Dry the tilapia fillets with paper towel then place them on one side of the prepared sheet pan. Brush the fillets generously with the lemon-herb marinade.
04 - Toss green beans in a mixing bowl with olive oil, salt, and black pepper, then spread them in a single layer on the opposite side of the sheet pan.
05 - Roast in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until the tilapia flakes easily with a fork and the green beans are tender-crisp.
06 - Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the green beans and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • One pan means less cleanup and more time to sit down and actually enjoy your meal.
  • The lemon-herb marinade does all the work, soaking into the fish while the beans roast alongside.
  • Its naturally gluten-free and low-carb, so it fits into almost any eating plan without feeling like a compromise.
  • You can have dinner on the table in thirty minutes, even on nights when cooking feels like too much effort.
02 -
  • Pat the tilapia dry before marinating or the liquid will slide right off instead of soaking in.
  • Dont crowd the green beans, or theyll steam and get soggy instead of developing that roasted char.
  • Check the fish at 18 minutes because tilapia can go from tender to rubbery fast if you leave it in too long.
03 -
  • Use parchment paper instead of foil if you want the green beans to get a little more caramelized on the edges.
  • Let the tilapia sit in the marinade for five minutes before roasting if you have the time, it soaks up even more flavor.
  • Save any leftover marinade and drizzle it over the finished dish for an extra hit of lemon and herbs.
